CONSTRUCTION NOTICE
DEMOLITION START: BUILDING 4

Dear Resident of Bridgewater Condominiums:
As part of the upcoming Siding and Window replacement project, the Associations General Contractor, A.C. Enterprises (ACE), will be starting the following work at the North ½ of Building 4 at all scaffolded areas, starting at the North end by the visitors lobby and wrapping around to the courtyard side, with demolition of the siding from the top floor and working down to the bottom floor:
PLEASE REMEMBER to clear ALL personal belongings, balconies / decks & patios. Items must be moved by 7AM on
MONDAY 5/16/2022. Balconies / deck & patios must be completely clear and empty. PLEASE NOTE & UNDERSTAND: The construction crew is not responsible for moving personal items or for damage to resident's personal belongings which are left in the path of construction. Work will not be delayed by items left in the way of construction, so please take some time to remove your personal belongings so this necessary repair work may progress, as well as to avoid removal and/or possible damage by others.
Keep Windows + Doors Closed: Please keep all windows & doors near work areas closed during construction. If you are concerned about privacy, please keep your blinds/drapes/shades closed at all times during construction work hours.
Wall Vibrations: Please remove all wall hung and fragile items away from the exterior and/or window walls, as they may shift during the exterior work. If items are not securely attached to the walls construction vibration may cause them to fall. ACE IS not be responsible for any items damaged if not removed from the walls prior to construction.
Work Hours: The construction working hours are 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, Mondays through Fridays (excluding major Holidays). Please refrain from the work areas during this time. There will be days that ACE crews may not be working on-site to allow applied building products sufficient curing/drying time.
Noise: There will be LOUD ELEVATED NOISE from the construction work, particularly during demolition and removal of any existing building components. We encourage residents who work from home to please plan accordingly.
Dust: Temporary netting providing some dust protection will be erected during the work. However, minor dust resulting from construction can enter units through any openings, so please remember to keep windows/doors closed during the construction work.
Contractor Identification + Safety: All Construction Team field employees will be identified with company safety vests or attire.
PLEASE DO NOT APPROACH THE WORKERS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES UNLESS IT'S AN EMERGENCY – IF YOU HAVE TO PASS THE WORK AREA FOR ANY REASON, i.e. TO GET TO OR FROM YOUR UNIT, PLEASE MAINTAIN THE REGULATED 6 FOOT DISTANCE.
Pets: For the safety of your pets and our workers, please provide a secure location for your pets during construction.
Notice + Schedule Changes: The posting of this Notice will serve as Notice to Resident of the upcoming work to be performed. This and all schedules are subject to changes, delays, work modifications and operational adjustments, weather, additional damage uncovered, any delays related to mock-ups, additional inspections and testing, value engineering or repair processes, other unforeseen conditions, and/or any other issues outside of the Construction Team's control.
Stay Alert: Please be careful and stay aware of your surroundings when you enter & exit!
